SOWIB 2024-2028 Plan

 

The Local Plan details operational and compliance strategies for services delivered at WorkSource Oregon locations in Coos, Curry & Douglas Counties, aligning with Oregon’s integrated Workforce Delivery System. This plan was developed with input from WorkSource Oregon partner agencies and valuable insights from community members, including business, labor, economic development, and education representatives. 

SOWIB is currently seeking public input on a proposed modification to the 2024–2028 Local Plan under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014. The draft modification is available for review beginning April 24, 2026.
