Position Title: Early Learning Hub Operations Director

​

The Early Learning Hub Operations Director leads cross-sector early learning efforts across Coos, Curry, and Coastal Douglas counties. This position provides leadership for the South Coast Regional Early Learning Hub (SCREL), supporting regional coordination, partnership development, strategic alignment, and implementation of early learning initiatives to ensure children and families have access to the resources they need to thrive.

This is a leadership-level, non-direct-service role requiring strong facilitation, staff supervision, grant and contract management, and systems-thinking competencies.
