Position Title: Recruit HIPPO Youth Employment Advisor – Roseburg

​

The Recruit HIPPO Youth Employment Advisor supports in-school youth in the Roseburg area by helping them explore career pathways, build workforce skills, and connect to employment, education, and vocational opportunities.

 

Serving as the primary point of contact within assigned schools, this position provides individualized career coaching, work-readiness training, work-based learning coordination, Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) eligibility and enrollment, case management, and ongoing participant support while collaborating with schools, employers, and community partners.

This is a full-time, 10-month position following the academic calendar, with work occurring primarily during the school year.

Serving as the primary point of contact within assigned schools, this position provides individualized career coaching, work-readiness training, Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) enrollment and case management while collaborating with students, school staff, employers, and community partners to prepare youth for long-term success in education and the workforce.

 

This is a full-time, 10-month position following the academic calendar, with work occurring primarily during the school year.
