The Early Childhood Specialist serves as the regional Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant (IECMHC) as part of Oregon’s Every Child Belongs Initiative. This role supports early learning and childcare providers in fostering social-emotional development and promoting early relational health in infants and young children.
