As a member of our community, your voice matters, and your ideas will play a vital role in guiding our strategic initiatives. Each session will be hosted via Zoom and moderated by our One-Stop-Operator, Kendall Lenhares. These meetings are an opportunity for community partners, stakeholders, and employers to engage in a rich discussion with our One Stop Operator and our awesome SOWIB staff, providing a unique opportunity to actively shape the future of our community.

In the development of our 2024-2028 (WIOA) Strategic Plan, your insights and input are instrumental in ensuring that our strategies align with the evolving needs of our region. By participating, even for a short time, you contribute to the success of our workforce development efforts. We understand that your time is valuable, and we appreciate your willingness to engage in this important conversation.

If you have any questions or just want to chat beforehand, feel free to reach out to us directly, or at [sowibmeetings@sowib.org].

Looking forward to catching up and hearing your ideas!
